Honest answers

Things every collector asks first.

  • No. Photos you upload are processed only to render your showcase reels and archive cards. We do not use them to train models. You can delete uploads at any time and we purge them from backups within 30 days.

  • No. Curio renders presentation reels — nothing more. We do not authenticate, grade, appraise, certify, or insure collectibles. For provenance, condition reports, or valuation, please consult a licensed authenticator, grader, or appraiser.

  • Yes. Cancellation lives two clicks away inside Account → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and unused subscription credits expire at the renewal boundary unless otherwise stated.

  • Subscription credits reset each cycle. Top-up packs roll over. Unused subscription credits are not refundable; unused top-up credits are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits in the pack have been spent.

  • Yes. Reels are yours to share, post, or attach to listings. You must describe the actual condition of your item honestly — Curio reels are presentation, not a substitute for an official condition report or authentication letter.

  • Photographing your own physical collection for personal showcase use is permitted. You may not generate fabricated items mimicking a registered trademark or counterfeit a brand’s design. We screen prompts for obvious infringements and remove abusive accounts.

  • Around 30 seconds for a 1080p reel. 4K Vault renders queue at higher priority and typically return within 60 seconds. Heavy days may add a small delay; we surface a live queue position.
